About the Role

Our Rent team is on a mission to build the best rental experience for our users. As a key member of this best-in-class product team, you will be on the front lines, turning our ambitious vision into a reality.

We are looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Lead Product Manager to own a critical pillar of our core productfrom discovery and search to application and payment. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team to ship innovative features that solve real problems for renters. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a direct path to shaping the future of our product.

This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY / NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

What You'll Do

• Own Your Domain : Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a core area of the rental experience. Define the product strategy and roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution from concept to launch and iteration.
• Lead Cross-functionally : Act as the product leader for a dedicated team composed of engineers, a designer, and a data analyst, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Master the User : Go deep on user needs through interviews, data analysis, and market research. Translate those insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Execute with Excellence : Manage the product backlog, run sprint planning, and partner closely with engineering to ensure we are shipping high-quality products at a rapid pace.
• Obsess over Impact : Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your products, and focus on consistently and quickly finding ways to move the needle. Use A / B testing and data to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
• Communicate & Collaborate : Clearly articulate your roadmap, priorities, and results to your team, stakeholders, and leadership.

Key Qualifications

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY / NJ / CA, the base salary pay range will be $239,000 - $262,000.
