Summary : The Foreman will manage the construction progress and oversee the quality and safety of their crew members as well as be in constant communications with their supervisors to provide detailed updates on-site progress.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines are met
- Climbing and working on communications towers; installing, replacing, and repairing antenna equipment
- Direct and supervise the installation and maintenance services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures
- Review documentation with the crew to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials and determine the required installation methods
- Supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials
- Perform tower inspections, inventories, and audits as needed
- Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines
- Training crew members on proper safety / quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program)
- Verify that the crew members have proper certifications and skillsets to perform the scope of work
- Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed
- Submit daily reports on-site progress with any potential schedule delays and or needed / missing materials

3-5 years wireless telecommunications industry experience1-3 years supervisory experienceComputer proficientAbility to perform fiber, sweep, and PIM testingAbility to operate aerial lifts, skid steers, and other heavy equipment as neededStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the schedule set forthHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to motivate, lead, teach, and train on proper work and safety proceduresRequirements :
