Role Description :
The Campaign Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in understanding the impact of marketing on its business objectives - with a focus on Music Premium Marketing. The candidate must express passion for incremental marketing measurement. This role will be responsible for working with global methodologies, tools and vendors, managing all campaign and ongoing measurement strategies for a marketing function, and extracting actionable insights that will shape marketing and communications to better resonate with the audiences.
Responsibilities :
- Frame and translate business questions into appropriate measurement plans that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions for go-to-market planning.
- Recommend and develop methodologies for measurement.
- Execute measurement approaches, analyses, and experiments that explain the incremental impact of marketing on core success metrics and KPIs and inform business decisions.
- Effectively communicate results and related findings to stakeholders by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways.
- Program manage analytics projects for Music Premium marketing.
Skill / Experience / Education :
Mandatory :
Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement methodologies, including hands-on experience designing, scoping, executing and delivering marketing campaign effectiveness measurement on business outcomes.6 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.Experience working on a cross-functional team, managing projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.Required skills :
