Fabio Viviani Hospitality (FVH) is a dynamic and growing hospitality group known for creating memorable guest experiences through award-winning restaurants, innovative concepts, and exceptional service. Our Marketing Department plays a key role in telling our story, engaging guests, and elevating our brands across multiple markets. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content Creator – Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can bring our culinary and hospitality brands to life through impactful photo, video, and digital storytelling. Travel is required in and around Chicago as needed.

Responsibilities

Content Creation – Plan, capture, and edit high-quality videos, short-form social content, and photos for multiple FVH restaurant brands.

Social Media – Collaborate with Marketing team to create on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Event Coverage – Attend and document special events, openings, and promotions, including evenings and weekends.

Brand Storytelling – Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s voice, style, and guest experience.

Creative Direction – Partner with Director of Marketing to develop content strategies and campaign ideas that drive engagement and sales.

Asset Management – Organize and maintain a library of photo and video assets for ongoing use.

Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with restaurant managers, chefs, and corporate teams to capture authentic moments and promotions.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, and / or digital marketing. Hospitality experience strongly preferred.

Proven ability to shoot and edit both photos and videos for multiple platforms.

Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.

Strong creative vision with the ability to adapt style for different brands.

Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, to capture events and live content.

Travel as needed.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Must be based in or able to commute to Lake Zurich, Illinois.
