Our Marketing Department plays a key role in telling our story, engaging guests, and elevating our brands across multiple markets.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content Creator Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can bring our culinary and hospitality brands to life through impactful photo, video, and digital storytelling. This is a hybrid role that requires office hours in Lake Zurich, IL. Travel is required in and around Chicago as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation Plan, capture, and edit high-quality videos, short-form social content and photos for multiple FVH restaurant brands.
• Social Media Collaborate with Marketing team to create on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Event Coverage Attend and document special events, openings, and promotions, including evenings and weekends.
• Brand Storytelling Ensure all content aligns with each brands voice, style, and guest experience.
• Creative Direction Partner with Director of Marketing to develop content strategies and campaign ideas that drive engagement and sales.
• Asset Management Organize and maintain a library of photo and video assets for ongoing use.
• Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with restaurant managers, chefs, and corporate teams to capture authentic moments and promotions.
