Receptionist

Cranberry Township, PA

A full-service law firm with offices in Cranberry Township and Southpointe, Pennsylvania, and Naples, Florida, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. Our firm represents individuals, family-owned businesses, multinational corporations, and public entities across Pennsylvania and beyond. In addition to serving the business community, we provide sophisticated estate planning and administration services as well as a full suite of family-related legal services.

This position is perfect for a polished, professional individual who thrives in a client-facing role and is eager to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of a dynamic law firm.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting and checking in all guests.

Manage conference center scheduling, room setup, and vendor coordination.

Provide coverage at the front desk with exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills.

Support the hospitality team in planning and coordinating internal and client-facing firm events.

Assist with evening events (flexibility required once or twice a month).

Provide administrative support as needed, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) tasks.

Qualifications

Prior receptionist or front desk / customer service experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional, dependable, and confidential with excellent attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Customer service–oriented with a desire to grow professionally within a business services environment.

Willingness to cross-train and support other administrative functions.

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
