What You'll Do

We're looking for a world class Recruiter to help build and scale our global Go-To-Market team. This person should be excited to design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans while also being a point person for all things hiring with our hiring managers.

Responsibilities :

• Source, recruit, and hire top talent for our Sales functions including : Business Development, Account Executives, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
• Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent for each role
• Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
• Utilize broader trends and data in the business and industry to continuously improve the company's brand from a hiring perspective, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning process

Who You Are

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $67,400 - $74,900 / year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $74,900 - $83,200 / year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
