Scope :
- Perform routine maintenance service to Company facilities, including repairs, installations, replacements, modifications, rebuilding, construction, and maintenance of all existing, temporary, and new construction facilities, fittings, fixtures, equipment, and furnishings as required.
Primary Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance service to Company facilities, including repairs, installations, replacements, modifications, rebuilding, construction, and maintenance of all existing, temporary, and new construction facilities, fittings, fixtures, equipment, and furnishings as required.Complete periodic refurbishing and refinishing of normal wear and tear to the facilities and equipment such as painting, staining, and plastering.Follow preventative maintenance program.Repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical problems as needed on all project buildings if required.Assist Supervisor in monitoring energy usage and costs, and in implementing cost saving measures where possible.Participate in ongoing training for maintenance employees.As required, interact with outside contractors performing maintenance and repair services.Remove snow from walks, drives, and public areas if applicable and required.As required, remove trash, sweep walks and drives, and keep mechanical and electrical rooms neat and clean.As directed by Supervisor, purchase supplies and materials from local vendors.Assist in maintaining landscape lighting and electrical connections for lighting and lighting timers.Note : Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management .

Qualifications : Experience :
Five (5) or more years experience in electrical systems, HVAC and mechanical systems preferred.Good working knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, HVAC systems electrical, etc.Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.Certification and / or License Requirement :
Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.Skills :
Ability to read, write, and comprehend and carry out instruction.Must possess the ability to interact with members and staff on all levels in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.Ability to use personal vehicle and personal hand tools.Ability to utilize a variety of equipment in the installation, maintenance, repair, testing, electrical, HVAC, etc.Ability to work under limited supervision.Ability to work extended work days including weekends, holidays, and “on-call”.Working Conditions :
Physical / Cognitive Activities :
Requires ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items up to 100lbs.Requires working in an outdoor environment with fluctuating temperatures.Requires working in an outdoor environment with rugged, uneven terrain.Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time.May experience exposure to airborne particles, caustic, chemicals, electrical current, fumes, high places, moving parts on machinery, muscular strain, noise and extreme weather conditions.
