The Role
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable sales and brand growth. This role combines analytical skills with creative strategy — focusing on continuous testing, learning, and scaling.
You’ll oversee paid advertising across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Walmart, and play a key role in optimizing our digital funnel from awareness to conversion.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive growth roadmap to scale digital performance in alignment with company goals.
- Track and improve ROAS, CPC, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct ongoing A / B testing and collaborate with creative resources to improve ad performance.
- Use analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps, and translate them into actionable insights.
- Forecast performance, manage budgets, and report clear results and recommendations to leadership.
- Contribute to the development of campaign strategy and audience segmentation across all channels.
- Align digital advertising with broader initiatives such as influencer marketing and brand campaigns.
What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid media management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.Proven success in managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; fluent in metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV.Experience with A / B testing, funnel optimization, and audience targeting.Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Amazon Growth, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.Hands-on mindset — eager to test, learn, and scale efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Bonus : Familiarity with Target Plus, Amazon Seller Central, or Walmart Marketplace.What We Offer
