Application Support Specialist

Job Description

We are thrilled to announce a new opening for an Application Support Specialist! In this role, you will serve as the primary internal resource for our company’s key business software applications. This role focuses on the Radius suite from eProductivity Software (EPS) and related platforms, as well as their integrations with our printing press equipment and reporting tools.

THE ROLE

User Support : Serve as the first line of support for internal users on application issues, training needs, and workflow questions.

Hands-On Systems Work : Support the interaction between printing press systems and software applications as needed.

Reporting & Data : Develop and maintain reports, queries, and integrations using SQL, Python, or other scripting tools.

System Integrations : Manage integrations between the Radius suite, other business applications, printing press equipment, and reporting tools.

Vendor Coordination : Work directly with software vendors to support updates, fixes, and issue resolution.

Training & Documentation : Provide clear training and documentation to help end users maximize adoption and efficiency.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve application and integration issues, escalating non-application IT issues (servers, network, hardware) to our MSP.

Qualifications

Knowledge : Experience with enterprise software suites (experience with eProductivity Software / Radius strongly preferred). Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in application support, systems integration, or a related IT role.

Skills : Familiarity with software-to-hardware integrations, ideally in a manufacturing or printing environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues. Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar tools for reporting and data integration. Excellent communication skills for user training and vendor coordination. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple support requests.

ABILITIES : THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN OMAHA, NE and requires the ability to work at our office at 132nd & L Street.
