40-hour per week family medicine Physician needed in Southwestern Illinois, to provide medical management of adult male inpatients at a mental health center located in Southwestern Illinois, along the Missouri border. Generally staffed with 3 providers per day. Average caseload 2-3 units per week. Many of the adult population with no medical or chronic issues. Scheduled hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm. Scope of Work : Average a workable caseload of patients. Many with no chronic or medical issues. Average number of admissions - 5 to 7 per week. At times provider may assist with house coverage, but generally covers 2-3 units.
