A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Support Associate who is passionate about working with seniors and their families, particularly those facing challenges with dementia.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to patients who have missed appointments to reschedule and re-engage them
Maintain accurate chart hygiene and prepare documentation for follow-up appointments
Collaborate with clinical teams to support ongoing patient care and address care gaps
Required Qualifications
Passion for working with seniors, their families, and caregivers
Bilingual in Spanish
1+ years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role
Familiarity with HIPAA or prior experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
Comfort navigating basic technology (e.g., phone systems, EMRs, scheduling tools)
