job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree preferred but not required, 1 year experience in HR or Payroll if no BA degree. HR benefits administration experience preferred Strong organizational skills Strong analytical skills Experience with processing payroll is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities :
- Verify and enter payroll hours into the payroll system
- Process, enter, complete, and distribute all weekly and monthly union reports
- Respond to all union reporting requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and documentation for billing purposes.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Other duties as required to meet business needs
Job Requirements
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial reporting preferred.
