Overview

Were supporting an iconic brand to launch a culture-focused cannabis property - blending hip-hop, smoking culture, and the lifestyle around both. As Social Editor, youll set the tone from day one, shaping the voice, driving growth, and building a loyal audience.

Youll create platform-native content daily, spot cultural moments first, and keep the brand ahead of the conversation. If youve got a passion for smoking culture, hip-hop, and the lifestyle surrounding it, thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, and are excited about the opportunity to be a core piece to this new brand, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social strategy for our new smoking & hip hop culture brand on primarily Instagram & TikTok.
• Create and publish 9+ pieces of content daily, with a focus on high-performing, platform-native formats.
• Design your own posts in Photoshop and other creative tools.
• Monitor cultural conversations around hip-hop, smoking culture, and lifestyle, turning them into timely content.
• React quickly to breaking moments - sometimes nights and weekends.
• Collaborate with branded social and design teams to ensure quality output.
• Partner with the Short Form Video team to execute high-performing short-form video content
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Measure Studio) to track performance and inform strategy.
