Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary
Efficiently convey information to meet customer needs
Maintain knowledge of procedures and standards to ensure quality service
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Bilingual in English / Spanish required
Property / Casualty Insurance License required
2 or more years of insurance sales / service experience required
Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
