Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing personalized service and support.

Request Processing : Handle customer inquiries, requests, and policy changes promptly and accurately.

Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.

Support Sales Teams : Assist sales agents with customer information and support tasks as needed.

Documentation : Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the system.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry, is beneficial.
