• Position Available : Full-Time Occupational Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility
• Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain licensure, follow ethical standards, and participate in quality improvement.

• Qualifications :
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred.
