Role Overview The Marketing Lead will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across North and South America. This position requires a creative and analytical marketer with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, organizing events, and driving brand awareness via digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing : Develop and implement local marketing plans customized for the Americas to support growth.
Strategic Marketing : Be proactive and supportive to the local sales team, increasing brand awareness, driving leads, and educating customers.
Strategic Marketing : Prepare regular performance reports, including measuring KPIs for reporting and managing budget for marketing.
Digital Marketing : Responsible for managing Americas content for the website.
Digital Marketing : Lead all ad placements (keyword search for SEO / SEA and performance analysis).
Digital Marketing : Implement locally the marketing automation journeys in the Pardot platform.
Digital Marketing : Manage regional social media channels.
Channel Marketing : Manage wholesaler communication and trade media.
Channel Marketing : Work with key partners for joint marketing.
Event Management : Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote the company’s products and services.
Event Management : Manage event logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
Brand Management : Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
Brand Management : Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all marketing communications.
Training Department : Oversee branding, scheduling, and appearance of external training programs and facilities.
Critical Competencies for Success Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing / communications or equivalent.
3+ years of related marketing campaigns and communication experience, ideally in manufacturing and experience within an international company.
Strong consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with sales and channel partner community (wholesalers).
Customer-oriented with trade marketing and eCommerce experience are required.
Highly organized at managing multiple projects, working independently with limited supervision, and team player.
Strong communication skills - written and oral.
Fluent in English; some Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce is preferred.
