Your Mission

As the Product & Supplier Quality Engineering Manager for the Dexter Vents & Doors Business Unit, you will safeguard that promise by orchestrating quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement—ensuring our products meet exacting standards every time.

You will lead and perform Quality Audits of our QMS to sustain ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance and Dexter’s internal requirements, working hands-on and through subordinate supervisors.

Key Outcomes

• Assured conformance : Plan and execute analysis, inspections, design reviews, tests, and integration activities so components and systems meet defined standards.
• Engineering rigor : Conduct quality engineering reviews of designs and documentation to verify compliance with stated requirements, vendor specifications, and company quality records.
• Supplier confidence : Review purchased products and components; recommend acceptance and inform future sourcing decisions.
• Root cause mastery : Lead cross-functional problem-solving for critical issues; implement corrective actions and own the quality process.
• Data-driven decisions : Maintain complete QA documentation; perform statistical and data analysis to guide actions.
• Clear communication : Prepare reports and present program and technical information to teams and leadership.
• Continuous improvement : Prioritize initiatives, apply quality training and policies, manage all quality system documentation and reporting, and establish performance improvement targets.
• Customer focus : Assist in warranty claims processing and investigations to close the loop from field to factory.
• Team alignment : Partner with Engineering and Production to address internal concerns and deploy corrective actions; fulfill additional requirements as needed.
