Seeking attorney with top tier background for commercial litigation contract position at boutique law firm.

Requirements :

• 2 years as full-time licensed U.S. attorney
• 1 years law firm experience as a California commercial litigation attorney
• California law license, active or willing to activate
• defamation law experience
• willingness to take on 10 billable hours per week
• must act independently
• responsiveness and dependability

Trial / arbitration, anti-SLAPP, trademark, copyright and cyberlaw experience is a plus.

Note : Pay range is starting hourly billable rate to firm. Starting rate commensurate with experience and background.
