A highly regarded boutique law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3+ years of M&A experience to join its thriving Corporate practice. In this role, you'll manage complex M&A transactions , including drafting stock and asset purchase agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, and governance documents . You'll collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to ensure timely deal execution and exceptional service.

The firm offers a competitive base salary of $200,000–$230,000+ (DOE), a business development budget, and a hybrid schedule with up to three remote workdays per week.
