E-Commerce Operations Coordinator (Los Angeles)

Role Summary :

Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our day-to-day eCommerce and business operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys fashion, and is excited to be involved in everything from order fulfillment and product uploads to customer service, inventory management, and general operational support. Youll play a key role in keeping the brand running smoothly behind the scenes.This is a part time role (with option to convert to full-time). This role is in-person in Downtown Los Angeles .

Responsibilities :

• Order Fulfillment : Process and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries and handle returns or exchanges promptly and professionally
• Shopify Management : Upload and update products, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Inventory Management : Assist with the collection and delivery of inventory to support our operational needs
• Line Sheets & Product Organization : Help create line sheets and maintain product tracking
• Photoshoot Support : Assist with prep and coordination for product shoots
• Miscellaneous Tasks : Complete various errands and ad hoc tasks to support the team and facilitate smooth operations
• Collaborative Support : Work closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Errand Assistance : Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation and the ability to lift boxes and bags up to 30 pounds
