Starting Pay : $22.25 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00am–2 : 30pm

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Waste Supervisor to oversee the waste management program at a local manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of hazardous, non-hazardous, universal, and non-regulated waste across the site.

Responsibilities :

Collect, transport, consolidate, and store various waste streams across the facility

Provide on-call pickup and delivery of empty containers to waste generators

Ensure all containers and labels comply with RCRA and DOT regulations

Prepare and maintain documentation for all waste shipments

Schedule waste and empty container shipments and communicate with stakeholders

Train and supervise staff involved in waste management

Stay current on federal, state, and local environmental regulations

Enforce site compliance with all waste management policies and procedures

Qualifications :

High school diploma required

Previous experience in waste management or a related field preferred

Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations strongly preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to supervise staff and manage scheduling

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Willing to complete Hazardous Material Training
