Member Service Representative - $25 / HR

Overview

Now Hiring for Member Service Reps! This position will pay $25 / hr and requires call center experience. It is a temporary contract to support open enrollment season and will likely end in late January 2026.

Responsibilities

• Answering 30-40 calls / day from the MHCP (Minnesota Health Care Programs) product.
• Provide information on medical, dental, pharmacy, and additional support services as part of MHCP.
