Responsibilities

• CLINICAL CARE :

Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on the needs of the clinic’s patient population and caseload, aligned with scientific best-practice guidelines.

Assist with treatment planning and reviewing progress towards treatment plan goals.

Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record.

Attends required meetings including but not limited to all on-site staff meetings, supervision, multidisciplinary team meetings.

Occasional training / onboarding support for new hire Counselor I.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Required : 1+ year experience as Counselor I or other relevant experience

Required : Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum Master’s Degree

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum dependently licensed
