This Jobot job is hosted by Melissa Todd. We are a growing company looking to add an Account Manager team within the AV industry. Salary noted is a base of $90,000 per year; final pay is based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and increasing revenue.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships; understanding their business needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align services and solutions with client needs.
• Delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Providing regular reports on account status, sales results, and market trends.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to maintain a competitive edge.
