What We’re Looking For :
The Production Supervisor will assist with the optimization of processes in a Lean manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for managing staff, achieving KPIs and maintaining safety.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Manage safety of all employees and machine usage.Hold the team accountable to safely deliver quality products on time, to the quality standards expected.Hold your team accountable to hit KPI goals and to reward and recognize great achievements.Executing the Production Plan set by Management.Understand shop KPI’s and motivate the team to beat the target and hold yourself accountable for the results.Oversee and be capable of learning and performing hands-on for all steps of production from start to finish. Don’t ask anyone to do a job you won’t do yourself.Focus on safely building quality products, to the production standard, delivered on time and exceeding customer expectations.Manage and train the team to minimize absenteeism and turnover by building a great team culture and encourage employee engagement.Requirements :
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment directing / organizing people and product flow.A strong understanding of material flow and automated lines and how to manage them.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.Understanding and direct manufacturing experience in quality control, welding, and painting (wet or powder coat).Skilled in problem solving, lean implementation, and continuous improvement activities.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Strong mechanical aptitude.Flexible. Work environment is a non-temperature regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.Read and interpret standard production drawings.Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.Benefits :
