HR Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow within the HR or Corporate Real Estate field. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the account HR and Operations teams and will contribute to accounts' success by ensuring a talented and engaged workforce that aligns with its goals and values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Onboarding & Offboarding : Oversee and track onboarding activities for all new hires on the BofA account. Ensure compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• HR Processes and Programs : Support various aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Account Management : Manage and update account-specific tools, including the onboarding / offboarding tracker and employee roster.
• Procedure Compliance : Ensure employees adhere to various procedures and processes for on and offboarding, training, and performance management.
• Innovation & Collaboration : Partner with our HR and Operations team to identify new and innovative ways to accomplish defined tasks.
• Special Projects : Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is : $55,250.00 - $65,000.00
