We're looking for caring  Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)  to join our dedicated team at Move Up ABA and provide one-on-one, in-home therapy to children with autism.

What your day will look like As an RBT, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized behavior plans, collect data, and help children build essential life skills.

You'll use play-based, child-led strategies to make learning fun and engaging, whether helping with potty training or managing new behaviors.

This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with families, document progress, and celebrate every small victory.

You're not just a technician—you're a vital part of a team dedicated to changing a child's future, one session at a time.
