Integrity Trade Services is  IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Production Associate  in  Milwaukee, WI.  The company is a coffee warehouse

Core responsibilities for Production Associate is

  • Packaging :

Weighing, packing, and sealing coffee into bags or containers according to specific orders and company standards.

  • Quality control :

    • Inspecting the product for defects and ensuring that all packaging, including labels, meets quality requirements and maintains freshness.

  • Machine operation :

    • Operating and potentially performing minor adjustments on packaging machinery.

  • Labeling :

    • Accurately applying labels to packages, which may include writing the roast date and other product information.

  • Inventory and organization :

    • Tracking inventory, keeping the work area clean and organized, and managing products for shipping.

    Required skills and abilities for Production Associate is

  • Attention to detail :  Crucial for ensuring accuracy in weighing, packaging, and labeling.
  • Physical stamina :  The job often requires standing for long periods and lifting moderate to heavy items.
  • Manual dexterity :  Needed for handling products and operating machinery efficiently.
  • Teamwork :  The ability to work closely with other packers and production staff is essential for meeting quotas.
  • Safety and hygiene :  A strong understanding of and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations is necessary to ensure product integrity.
