What You'll Be Doing :
- Getting Patients Ready to Shine Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care!
- Hands-On Clinical Work Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures like wound care, suture removal, and more.
- Tech Savvy & Detail-Oriented Keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Team Player Extraordinaire Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well-oiled machine.
- Patient Educator Help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow-up care.
What You Bring to the Table :
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant ProgramCertification : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) Required at time of hire and must be maintained.Certification : Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).Knowledge & Skills : Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections You'll be giving shots like a pro!Strong Problem-Solving Skills You think on your feet and adapt quickly.Excellent Organization & Time Management You keep things running like a well-oiled machine.Customer Service Rockstar Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands.Tech-Savvy Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
