Job Description

Highly Skilled Specialist within the Manufacturing / Product Quality Assurance job family. Contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Complexity & Problem Solving : Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures. Collaboration & Interaction : Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :

• Familiarity with ISO9001 standards (AS9100 a plus)
• Internal or lead auditor experience
• Working knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively - you value teamwork and contribute positively to shared goals.
• Known for your integrity, consistently doing what's right even under pressure.
• Committed to excellence and continuous improvement in your work.
• A respectful and dependable communicator with a solution-focused mindset.
