Job Summary : The Senior Project Manager accurately manages detailed, large, multi-phased contract projects from design build to submittal process. This position will work closely with estimating, detailing, and procurement departments to provide an on-time on-budget project for our key account customers.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible and accountable for :

• Coordinate hand-off of accurate estimates to the Detailing department while communicating any project specific instructions.
• Communicate submittal progress with the customers and identify any potential impact on the schedule.
• Coordinate pricing and detailing of any change orders and communicate any timeline impact to the customer, and follow up for change order acceptance.
• Release all approved and reviewed submittals to procurement department with any special instructions or directions.
• Communicate with the shipping / logistics team to ensure site deliveries are successful and on-time.
• Conduct routine site visits to establish relationships and communicate effectively with on-site teams.
