Who You Are : You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in hunting for new IT services accounts , not just managing existing ones. You understand the nuances of the US market and are adept at building relationships in a consulting-led sales model. You have a "hunter" mentality and a passion for creating value, not just hitting quotas.
Key Qualifications :
- Experience : 5-10 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT services sector. You have successfully opened new accounts and grown a pipeline for companies with a similar scale to ours ($5M - $50M in annual revenue).
- Domain Expertise : A strong understanding of modern IT challenges, including Cloud Migration (Journey to Cloud), Cloud Financial Management (FinOps), and IT Operations . You are comfortable discussing topics like multi-cloud environments, cybersecurity, and data center solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Relationship Builder : You are a natural at networking and establishing trust. Your success comes from understanding a client's business pain points and connecting them to our technical capabilities, not from a hard-sell approach. You are comfortable building and nurturing a network from scratch.
- Self-Starter Mentality : You are highly autonomous and resourceful. You don't need constant micro-management; you are driven by a desire to contribute directly to the company's growth and vision.
- Cultural Fit : You understand that our approach is based on a global, collaborative team (North America, EMEA, Latin America). You value transparent communication and a partnership-driven culture. Experience working with international teams is a plus.
Responsibilities :
