Job Description : Responsibilities
Provides support, oversight, administration and facilitation of changes that affect the facilities, infrastructure, hardware, operating systems, database platforms, firmware, network, and software environments for 24 / 7 IT Operations.
Ensure audit tracking, reliability, availability, correct functionality, system integrity, and risk mitigation in the client's IT Service Delivery model by coordinating, communicating and recording changes to the non-development environments.
[Coordinates & facilitates all the Software, Hardware, and Infrastructure code and configuration changes.]
Essential Job Duties :
Standardization of release process across IT applications by working with various stakeholders
Cross functional dependency management mapping for various releases and maintenance of the same
Collaborate with release leads / managers to deliver a comprehensive plan and ensure delivery excellence across the application portfolio.
Flexibility to work outside of business hours as needed to support release deployments.
Providing support to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) as needed
Education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or six years applicable experience is required.
ITIL V4 certification (Preferred)
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in IT Change and Release Management
Minimum of five (5) years (in excess of degree requirements stated above) of progressively responsible experience in system integration processes
Understanding of ITIL Best Practices in IT Service Management (Change / Release / Incident / Problem) Management
Working knowledge with tools like Jira, Confluence, Service Now
SQL knowledge is a plus
