Our client, a fast growing apparel company, is looking for an Assistant Designer to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities

  • Assist design team with sketches, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Help prepare and update tech packs and BOMs.
  • Organize samples, trims, and fabric libraries.
  • Support market research and competitive shopping.
  • Track samples and communicate with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of design or internship experience.
  • A degree in fashion design preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
