What You’ll Do as RN Unit Manager :

Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

Oversee daily nursing operations on your assigned unit

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement resident care plans

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining quality standards

Promote a safe, respectful, and positive work environment

Serve as a role model and leader, supporting professional growth and excellence

What You Bring :

Active RN license (required)

Minimum 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting

Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse or higher preferred)

Knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and care planning

Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills

Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
