Senior Human Resources Manager

Lead with purpose, grow with people. As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will drive HR strategy and execution across Nationals Park, building a culture that empowers employees, ensures compliance, and aligns with Levy's mission of excellence.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
