Job Title : Field Service TechnicianJob Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining ICEE and various restaurant equipment, including carbonated and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. This role requires working with minimal supervision and participating in weekly meetings at the Service Center. The position includes dispatch service calls to client sites and involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Work Environment
The role requires working Tuesday through Saturday, from 7 am to 3 : 30 pm, with options for overtime and additional days. Technicians will travel to various locations, including convenience stores, restaurants, and retail outlets like Target and Walmart. Initial training occurs during the day shift from Monday to Friday, and once trained, technicians will be assigned to one of the available schedules. Workdays typically start between 6 am and 8 am and are usually 10-hour days.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr.
