I have an excellent client company community bank that is large, strong, and has a great culture. This is a larger bank on the community level that will reward those who are proven. The situation is that the bank needs a business developer who is already proven in the area of commercial and ag business who can bring new business to the bank in a newer area. This is a rare opportunity where you connections are very important and if you are the right PERSON, this bank will teach you the banking part while providing a living wage while you prove yourself in your new, Commercial Loan Officer role!

Have you had a hard time breaking into the Commercial Lending side from Mortgage, Retail banking, etc? If you have a college degree and the right banking sales background, you can also be considered.
