A company is looking for a Total Rewards Director responsible for planning and administering global total rewards strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent while managing personnel expenditure
Maintain job architecture and ensure effective system configuration and data integrity
Communicate compensation programs and equip HR Business Partners and managers with decision support tools
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in core HR functions, including Total Rewards and performance management
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Broad understanding of total rewards components
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
