GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is inviting applications for the position of Heavy Duty Wrecker Driver. In this critical role, you will operate heavy-duty tow trucks to transport oversized vehicles and equipment safely. We seek a safety-focused professional with strong driving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to towing requests, ensuring the safe recovery of oversized vehicles and challenging loads.
• Secure and transport a variety of large vehicles and equipment utilizing heavy-duty towing techniques.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on wrecker vehicles to guarantee operational readiness.
• Provide top-tier customer service during towing operations, addressing client needs effectively.
• Document service details, including miles driven, condition of the vehicle, and customer interactions.
• Follow all company policies as well as local, state, and federal towing regulations.
• Assist in the loading and unloading processes of heavy-duty vehicles when required.
• Continuously update knowledge of best practices and advancements within the towing industry.
