Review / Analyze Part Inspection Reports to determine F / F / F requirements can be met and drawings represent actual product being produced. Achieves project objectives and deliverables by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing JOB TITLE : Tooling and Mold Engineer POSITIONS AVAILABLE : 1 JOB TYPE : Exempt / Full-time WAGE PER HOUR : 65K USD / year - $95K USD / year, depending on experience. The salary offered will be adjudicated at the end of the selection / process. WORKWEEK : Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. WILL HE / SHE WORK WEEKENDS : Rarely, depending on company needs. PAYMENT DAYS : Thursday PAYMENT TYPE : Direct deposit. IS HE REQUIRED TO SUPERVISE OTHER WORKERS : TBD Packaging experience is preferred - caps, closures and jar experience is desired 3-5 years of experience with 3D CAD design and drafting required, Solid Works is desired Experience in project management for new product development and innovation. ADDITIONAL BONUSES : Eligible for quarterly production bonus if plant objectives are met. HOUSING OPTION : Employer may secure housing, employee will pay full $675.00 USD per month INDIVIDUAL OR SHARED ROOMS : Single occupancy bedroom and bathroom, kitchen will be shared with 4 other workers. RENT PER PERSON : subsidized, employee will pay $675 per month, employer will cover the rest for all time employed. Might be deducted from paycheck. UTILITIES INCLUDED : Yes – all. The Tooling and Mold Engineer is responsible to develop injection molded package design concepts and complete production ready 3D design files and managing project scope and deliverables. The role will involve understanding key design requirements, developing design layouts and concepts and fully engineering complete part designs. As needed, this individual will serve as the project lead facilitating cross-functional discussions on action registers and key project deliverables.
