Operate welding equipment and machinery safely and effectively, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols. Conduct visual inspections of welded components to detect defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments to ensure conformance to quality standards. Collaborate with colleagues in the fabrication department to optimize workflow and achieve production targets within scheduled deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including routine maintenance of welding equipment and tools. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any issues or concerns related to welding processes or product quality. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality assurance, and workplace conduct. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or vocational training in welding preferred. Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Strong understanding of welding principles, metallurgy, and material properties, with the ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings. Familiarity with welding equipment and tools, including welding machines, torches, grinders, and measuring instruments. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity, with the ability to produce precise and consistent welds on a variety of metal materials. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to safety and adherence to established safety protocols and procedures. Proficiency in operating additional welding processes such as flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). Experience with welding various types of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. Ability to troubleshoot welding equipment and perform basic repairs as needed.

- Weekends : Sun, Friday - Saturday 3 / 12s (4 : 00am - 4 : 00pm) work 36hrs, get paid for 40hrs, includes 15% shift premium
