About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Account Management to spearhead our high-growth team that supports large automotive dealerships via our cutting-edge SaaS platform. This hybrid leadership position is crucial for driving customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling while ensuring our clients achieve success across their enterprise accounts.
The successful candidate will take ownership of our account management strategy, establish key performance indicators, and collaborate seamlessly with sales, product, and marketing teams to provide a value-driven customer experience. Strategic vision, team development, and operational excellence are vital components of this role, along with an astute ability to identify and harness new revenue growth opportunities.
Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role and a robust understanding of SaaS metrics. A strong background in working with enterprise automotive dealership clients is essential, as are excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team leadership and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will be data-oriented, possess strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills, and be well-versed in CRM platforms such as Salesforce. A Bachelor's degree is required.
