Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-conscious Advertising Operations Manager to lead the project management, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns within multiple advertising platforms across several lines of business. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and performance optimization within the highly regulated financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Trafficking : Manage end-to-end setup, QA, and launch of paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
• Responsible for creating and managing campaign timelines and project managing launch details and schedules.
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events while ensuring compliance with financial advertising regulations.
• Ensure proper audience targeting, creative rotation, and budget pacing across platforms.
• Platform Expertise : Serve as the internal expert on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations specific to financial services.
• Stay current on platform updates, ad policy changes, and new ad formats—especially those impacting financial products and services.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation tailored to financial audiences (e.g., brokers, advisors, business decision-makers).
