Hospice Social Worker

The Hospice Social Worker position is a full-time position with the following benefits :

Summary :

The Hospice Social Worker is responsible for assisting patients and families in managing the psychosocial, emotional and resource needs related to end of life issues.

The days and hours for the Hospice Social Worker position are M-F from 8 : 00 a.m. until 5 : 00 p.m. This position does include an on-call requirement, as well.

The salary for this position ranges from $28.35 to $35.35 for LMSW with a sign on bonus. (Recent graduates and LLMSWs are encouraged to apply but may start out at a lower rate.) In addition, they receive a monthly cell phone stipend and mileage.

Our office is located in Holland and our service area includes all of Allegan and Ottawa Counties and significant parts of Kent and Muskegon Counties as well as the northern portion of Van Buren County. Hospice Social Worker must be willing to drive routinely throughout the service area.
