Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects, including interior fit-outs and restaurant renovations. The role involves contract management, project monitoring, and quality control, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and work schedules.
• Manage contracts and negotiate changes with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report to clients and the construction firm.
• Interpret and explain technical information and contracts to other professionals.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
