As our Lead Fluid Power Technician, youll play a key role in bringing projects to life, collaborating across departments, and developing the next generation of technical talent. What Youll Do

• Lead Project Teams : Supervise and guide teams through the build phase of each project, working closely with Engineering during development and ensuring seamless transitions through debugging and final runoff.
• Project Planning & Coordination : Organize project schedules, manage costs, and verify materials are ready when needed. Keep your team informed on project workload, hours, and key milestones.
• Team Development : Assign and track tasks for team members, ensuring everyones skills are fully utilized. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and promote a positive, high-performance culture.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with all departments to resolve issues, implement cost-saving initiatives, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Customer Service : Provide timely and professional service to both internal and external customers. Keep the Fluid Power Manager and Project Manager updated on project status, open issues, timing, hours, and budget matters.
• Process Improvement : Identify and drive best practices within the fluid power team to deliver high-quality results, on time and within budget.
• Technical Leadership : Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, install piping and hoses, and interpret blueprints and schematics. Share your expertise by training and mentoring team members.
