Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure quality and timeliness of hires
Track progress in the applicant tracking system to meet metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent area with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting is preferred
Proven influence, consulting, and negotiating skills
Experience in a team-oriented, customer service environment
Ability to uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies
